Players are a part of Operation Wolf, the most fearless and skilled personnel the US Armed Forces have to offer.
They approach the jungle area believed to be the center of the terrorist camp.
Using a machine gun and missiles to reduce the enemy forces to zero strength, players can advance to the next mission.
Their objective is to free the hostages from the terrorists and bring them to safety. When hit by the enemy, player level of damage will increase.
If the injury indicator at the bottom of the screen becomes completely red, the injury level has become critical and the game ends.
